iPad and iPhone email - It's as easy as 1,2,3.
(Changeย yourdomain.xyzย andย [email protected]ย to your user and domain name.

- Go into Settings
- Scroll down and tap on โMailโ
- Tap on โAccountsโ
- Tap โAdd Accountโ
- Select โOtherโ and โAdd Mail Accountโ
- Input your name, and email (full email address, including @yourdomain.xyz)
- Input your passwordย
- Description doesnโt affect anything- itโs for your benefit, so something like โMy Emailโ or leave it as the default.
- On the next screen, in the INCOMING MAIL SERVERย section, put โmail.yourdomain.xyzโ for hostname and your full email in the Username field. Your password should already be in the first Passwordย field.
- In the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section,ย put โmail.yourdomain.xyzโ for hostname and your full email in theย Usernameย field. Youโll need to enter your password again in the Passwordย field.
- Tap โNextโ in the top right.
- After 10-20 seconds, ticks should appear next to each field and you should be taken to the next screen. Tap โSaveโ
