iPad and iPhone email - It's as easy as 1,2,3.
(Replace yourdomain.xyz and [email protected] with your actual domain and email address.)
- Open Settings
- Scroll to the very bottom and tap Apps
- Tap Mail
- Tap Mail Accounts
- Tap Add Account
- Type your email address, [email protected] and select Next
- Select Other, then tap Mail Account
- Enter your name and full email address (including @yourdomain.xyz)
- Enter your password
- Add a description if you like (e.g. “My Email”) — this is just for your reference
- Tap Next
- In the Incoming Mail Server section, enter:
- Host Name: mail.yourdomain.xyz
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your password
- In the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter:
- Host Name: mail.yourdomain.xyz
- Username: your full email address
- Password: your password
- Tap Next in the top right
- After a few seconds, ticks should appear confirming the settings are valid
- Tap Save

- Password: your password
- Tap Next in the top right
- After 10-20 seconds, ticks should appear confirming the settings are valid
- Tap Save
