iPad/iPhone Email Configuration

iPad and iPhone email - It's as easy as 1,2,3.

(Replace yourdomain.xyz and [email protected] with your actual domain and email address.)

  1. Open Settings
  2. Scroll to the very bottom and tap Apps
  3. Tap Mail
  4. Tap Mail Accounts
  5. Tap Add Account
  6. Type your email address, [email protected] and select Next
  7. Select Other, then tap Mail Account
  8. Enter your name and full email address (including @yourdomain.xyz)
  9. Enter your password
  10. Add a description if you like (e.g. “My Email”) — this is just for your reference
  11. Tap Next
  12. In the Incoming Mail Server section, enter:
  • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.xyz
  • Username: your full email address
  • Password: your password
  1. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter:
  • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.xyz
  • Username: your full email address
  • Password: your password
  1. Tap Next in the top right
  2. After a few seconds, ticks should appear confirming the settings are valid
  3. Tap Save

  2. After 10-20 seconds, ticks should appear confirming the settings are valid
